Tamrah Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Tamrah! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tamrah mobile application, website, and services (“Tamrah”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using Tamrah, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tamrah. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.


2. Health Disclaimer

Tamrah is designed to support healthy lifestyle habits such as balanced eating, movement, sleep, and stress management. However:

  • Tamrah does not provide medical advice.

The information, coaching, and tools offered through Tamrah are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.

  • Consult your healthcare provider before starting any wellness or weight-loss program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medications.


3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of the information you provide

  • Using the app in a safe and appropriate manner

  • Making decisions based on your own health needs and goals


4. Coaching and Community

Tamrah coaches provide motivational support, education, and general guidance — not clinical or therapeutic advice. Use community features respectfully. We reserve the right to moderate or restrict access to the chat, community, or coaching in cases of inappropriate behavior.


5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.


6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Tamrah may offer free trials, monthly or annual subscriptions.

  • Subscription fees will be charged as specified at the time of purchase.

  • You may cancel anytime through your app store settings. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.


7. Points and Rewards

Tamrah uses gamification (e.g., points, streaks, leaderboard rankings) for motivation. These features are for encouragement and have no cash or transferable value.


8. License and App Use

Tamrah grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or exploit the app for commercial purposes without permission.


9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tamrah if you violate these Terms or use the app in a harmful or unlawful manner.

Tamrah does not sell or rent your personal information. We only share your data in the following cases:

  • With your assigned Tamrah Health Coach for personalized support

  • With third-party service providers who help operate the app (e.g., cloud storage, messaging platforms) under strict confidentiality

  • As required by law or legal process


4. Your Privacy Choices

You can:

  • Opt out of non-essential notifications at any time via your device settings

5. Content Moderation and Reporting

  • Tamrah is a secure platform for private, one-on-one communication between our verified health coaches and their assigned clients. To maintain a safe and professional environment, we have a strict moderation policy.
  • Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content: Our Terms of Service explicitly prohibit abusive language, harassment, or any form of objectionable content. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the account of any user who violates these terms.
  • Reporting Mechanism: While the private nature of our service does not include a public-facing report button, users can easily and confidentially report any inappropriate behavior or objectionable content to our support team.   • Developer Action on Reports: We are committed to acting on all reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior within 24 hours. Our moderation team will review all flagged content, remove it from the chat history, and if the violation is confirmed, we will take immediate action, including the permanent ejection of the user.
  • Blocking Policy: Given the professional relationship between a coach and a client, a "block" feature is not offered. Instead, if a user feels a coach is inappropriate, they can immediately contact us via the channels above to be assigned a new coach.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security protocols to protect your data, including:

  • End-to-end encryption for sensitive communications

  • Secure servers and encrypted databases

  • Access controls for authorized personnel only


7. Children's Privacy

Tamrah is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.


8. International Users

By using Tamrah, you understand and consent to the processing of your data in the UAE or other countries where we operate. We comply with relevant data protection laws and standards.

Tamrah Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Tamrah. We're committed to providing a valuable and motivating wellness experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Free Trial Period

We offer a free trial to allow users to explore Tamrah's features before committing to a subscription.

  • We don't require visa card for free trial. you will not be charged.

  • If you decide to subscribe after free trial, then you will be asked for payment card.


2. Subscription Refunds

All subscription purchases are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or where permitted by the app store policy.

  • Apple App Store purchases: Refunds must be requested directly through Apple. Tamrah cannot process Apple refunds. Visit Apple Support Refunds.

  • Google Play purchases: Some refunds may be requested through Google Play within 48 hours. Visit Google Play Refunds.

  • Web-based purchases (if applicable): If you subscribed through our website, contact us at Info@tamrahhealth.ae within 7 days of your charge to request a refund. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on usage and circumstance.


3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside of policy may be considered in rare cases (e.g., accidental duplicate charges, app malfunction). These will be reviewed individually.


4. Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store or account settings.

Canceling stops future charges but does not issue a refund for the current billing period.
